I had my bike for 3 days and then left crank fell off with the pedal whilst I was riding along it also broke the wires on the pedal assist I've wrote two richbit UK ok I vote to which bit support rich bid.com write to everybody and no one has got back to me me this was a Christmas present it's been sitting here since the 28th of December I've asked them to either fix it send me another bike I'm calling it under the warranty but no one is doing nothing can anyone help
